Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of guaranteed reservations: No charge for cancellations received 15 days prior to arrival date. After this terms the penalty charge will be equal to the cost of the first of nights reserved. Reduction of length of stay or no show: For shortening the length of stay and for no-show the Hotel will charge the total number of nights reserved. Deposit: To guarantee the reservation a non-refundable deposit equal to the cost of first night reserved, is required. please note in special high season periods like :new year's day-easter holidays-week/ends-summer or for more than 2 days reservations the prepayament non-refundable of the total cost of nights reserved may be required by bank/postal transfer. this amount being non refundable in case of no show,cancellation or change of dates of stay. . To be valid, the reservation must always be confirmed by hotel 4 stagioni
